The Ultimate Family Consult is a personalized 60-90 minute session designed to involve the entire family in the travel planning process. This unique service delves into each family member’s interests, dynamics, and preferences, ensuring everyone’s needs are heard and met. By engaging the whole family, the consult reduces the mental load on the primary planner—often the mom—transforming the trip planning experience into a collaborative and stress-free process. It’s not just about planning a vacation; it’s about creating meaningful, tailored travel experiences that everyone can enjoy together.
We will meet at the Chapel Hill Public Library or a restaurant or park of your choice.

You’ll connect with other moms, only have to cook dinner once, and your children with have playmates! You may join our group or we can plan a group trip for you and your mama bffs!

Cancellation, Change, and Miscellaneous Fees

$25 per change after final itinerary is confirmed (NB: this does NOT include flight changes initiated by the airline; assistance with those changes is included in your initial planning fee) |

Concierge Fee: |
$25+, depending on request. For travelers who would like assistance having rental baby gear or other items delivered or who have other special requests. |
*Plan to go fee: If you book your trip within 45 days of the initial consultation, the entire fee will be returned to you as onboard credit or resort credit. If the trip is not booked within this period, the fee serves as compensation for the consultation and planning services provided.
